These are five must have pairs of Adidas Shoes that everybody should have in Their collection number five the Adidas San Smith the sand Smith originally Released back in the mid 1960s under a Different name in fact this shoe was Originally named after the famous French Tennis player Robert H however when Robert retired in 1971 Adidas went on The hunt to find somebody else who could Rep their sneakers and in 1972 you Probably guessed it they landed on Stan Smith and since then the silhouette has Been known as the Stan Smiths and Literally features his face on the Tongue the original idea behind the Design of this shoe was to create more Durable and more comfortable tennis Sneaker but like many sneakers that are Half a century old the shoe has become Purely a lifestyle shoe and the reason I'm calling this shoe one of the five Must have Adidas sneakers in your Collection is because this shoe is so Easy to dress down or dress up the clean Lines and minimal aesthetic of this shoe Have not only made it one of the most Popular shoes of all time but also the Kind of shoe that you can wear to the Gym in the morning wear to a business Meeting in the afternoon and then wear To a wedding at night it'd be a busy day But you wouldn't have to change your Shoes outside of the Nike Air Force 1
This is like the quintessential white Leather sneaker and it comes in at a Very reasonable price point of just 100 Bucks and you can find pairs of these in A lot of different colorways including The classic white and green colorway for Well under retail on sale and actually If you want to grab this shoe or any of The other shoes mentioned in today's Video I've made sure to link them all Through the YouTube shopping tab on your Screen and while you're up there you can Also check out my sock brand Apothecary I'm actually rocking Apothecary socks in Every b-roll shot in this video and Pretty much every video that I do in my Probably biased opinion we make the best Socks out there they're incredibly Comfortable they look great with all the Sneakers in your collection and they Match great with any pair of Adidas but With that being said the Adidas stand Smith is also a surprisingly high Quality shoe the leather on the sneaker Is not incredible but it's really solid For $100 plus on this colorway which I Actually really like a lot you've got This tan suede on the heel and this aged Midsole the Stan Smith is one of the Most versatile sneakers out there Because you can dress it up or dress it Down and compared to any of the other Shoes on this list and I really think Any other Adidas sneaker this is
Probably the dressiest one out there Personally my favorite detail on the Shoe is the perforated Adidas three Stripes in the midfoot they usually sew On like a different panel to create the Three stripes but on thiso they kept it Super super minimal and it does actually Add a little bit of breathability not a Lot but some when it comes to sizing I'd Say that the stand Smith does fit pretty Much true to size unless you have wider Feet in that case maybe go up half a Size cuz they are a slightly more narrow Shoe than some of the other shoes in the Market however I always recommend trying The shoe on first before you buy it just To make sure that you're grabbing the Right size for you but that being said If you do buy these shoes online from The DD's website you can try them on if They don't fit you can return them it's Super easy to do The Stance Smith is an Incredibly clean and Incredibly Versatile sneaker that's very easy to Rock with pretty much any number four The Adidas campus Z the campus zeros are One of the newest silhouettes on this List they first released back in 2022 And are obviously inspired by the Classic Adidas campus 80s as you can Probably see though in addition to the Campus 80 inspiration this shoe was also Inspired by classic 2000 skateboarding Shoes and that's apparently the reason
They call this shoe the campus double Zeros for the 2000s and you can Definitely see the 2000 skateboarding Inspiration this shoe is incredibly Well- padded super wide super chunky and Has a very modern retro feel in my Opinion this this is the most casual Feeling shoe on the list this is the Kind of shoe that you keep by the door And throw on whenever and it's also one Of the most comfortable shoes on the List the upper is so well padded kind of Feels like you're stepping into a pillow It's crazy but I really dig the look of This shoe I love the suede upper I love The three stripes and a synthetic Leather I also really like this Interesting Adidas treay foil logo on The tongue I haven't really seen that on Any other Adidas sneakers it kind of Reminds me of like a classic like Skateboarding magazine logo I don't know If that's what they were going for I Don't know if it is on other Adidas Skateboarding sneakers another great Thing about this shoe is the price this Shoe only costs 110 bucks which in my Opinion is pretty reasonable for what You're getting and when it comes to fit The campus Z does fit pretty much true To size in fact I would even say that This shoe is a bit more wide foot Friendly I mean just comparing it to the Stan SM you can see how much wider the
Midfoot area of the shoe is I actually Just picked up this dark green color way I've had a couple different colorways of This shoe the gray and the black but This dark green is just my favorite I Love this look so much plus it's got That gum colored out sole I just love This color way I know that the b-roll Shots that you're seeing on screen or me Wearing these in shorts but you can Throw these on with baggy pants they Look great especially when you let the Pant leg kind of fall over the top of The shoe super easy to rock no matter Whether you're wearing shorts or long Pants very comfortable very versatile Definitely recommend the campus double Zeros number three the Adidas ae1 didn't Expect to see a basketball shoe on the List did you well this shoe is awesome And you should definitely try it out so The ae1 is NBA player Anthony edwards's First signature basketball sneaker and Man for a first Sig this shoe is Incredible a lot of brands have athletes That have their own signature sneakers And Adidas is no different however Unlike a lot of other first signature Sneakers out there the shoe is actually Good athlet signature shoes are usually A dime a dozen and unfortunately usually The first signature shoe that they Release with the new athlete is not Always the best there are obviously
Exceptions like the Air Jordan 1 which Might not be the best performance shoe In the world but it looks amazing some People might say that the Nike Kobe 1es Are the best but realistically I think That line really hit its peak at like The six through the eight Dame has had a Couple great shoes the Lucas are all Right the tatums are fine the Under Armour curries were popular because Steph Curry was incredibly popular and As an embiid fan I want to like the Sketchers but that's that's a tough ask But the Adidas a1s are not only an Incredible basketball performance shoe On court but they also look really great And a lot of people are wearing them Casually yeah I know it doesn't really Fit the vibe of the other shoes on the List but if you're looking for a more Modern more like Tech feeling sneaker This is a great way to go plus this shoe Is really comfortable it features boost And Light Strike cushioning underneath Your foot so whether you're coming down From a shot or just walking around it Just feels super soft underfoot now I Will say because it is a modern Basketball sneaker and modern basketball Sneakers all tend to be snug this shoe Is snug and the reason for that is Because they don't want the shoe coming Off when you're playing basketball which Makes sense that being said if you're
Buying the shoe to play ball you could Probably get away with going true to Size although in some cases I would Still recommend going up half a size However if you're planning to wear this Shoe casually you definitely need to go Up half a size maybe even a full size It's just a very snug fit and it Contains your foot really well and if That's what you're looking for great but If you're just wanting to wear this shoe Casually to walk around you know Wherever you walk around then yeah go up A half size visually this shoe is wild Looking and I understand that some People might not like it because of the Pattern on the side of the shoe I get it But I think it looks great and generally That seems to be the consensus it really Is a very versatile sneaker you can play Ball in it you can walk around in it in Shorts or sweats or whatever just to Have a casual sort of vibe it's a greatl Looking sneaker that also performs Incredibly well on Court and it's priced Really well at just $120 and sure that's Higher than the other shoes that we've Talked about in today's list but when You compare it to other basketball Sneakers on the market it's like one of The most budget options out there and What's crazy is that this shoe has like The same technology inside of it as the Hardened volume 8s which are also from
Adidas but they cost $160 so really You're getting an ever so slightly less Premium shoe because the materials Apparently are not as nice as the hard Volume8 although I don't think it really Matters that much for like $40 cheaper And it performs just as well on court But while I love the a1s there's Actually a shoe that I think I might Like even better than this shoe and That's the ae1 Lowe's unfortunately Though at the time of recording this Video they haven't released yet so I Don't have any great b-roll shots at the Shoe but they look amazing especially in This really sick like Miami pink color Way I don't know exactly when that sho's Dropping but it's a must t for me and The low toop version of the shoe is also $10 cheaper so it comes in at $110 all Around a win I love the Adidas ae1 and I Mean Anthony Edwards is an incredible Basketball player and if you're a fan of Him you probably already have a pair of These but if you're going for that Modern basketball Vibe then you Definitely have to grab a pair of these Number two the Adidas Samba the samba is By far the most popular pair of Adidas Sneakers on the market right now Specifically in the OG colorways like The White and the black and I mean the Shoe's a classic I'm not surprised this Shoe is so popular it's one of the best
Looking pairs of Adidas sneakers ever Made the shoe originally released back In 1972 as an indoor soccer shoe in fact It was actually an updated version of a Previous indoor soccer shoe and shares a Lot of the same DNA from that sneaker However the was its own unique Silhouette and since 1972 has become Incredibly popular as just a lifestyle Sneaker unlike a lot of the other Adidas Sneakers that are incredibly popular Right now the SAS are made primarily of Leather and to be brutally honest with You I actually think that's why this Shoe is one of the less popular shoes on The list because the leather is kind of Stiff but even though this shoe isn't One of the most comfortable shoes that Adidas makes it's still their most Popular shoe and that's mainly because Of the beautiful styling I mean this Shoe is simple and it's gorgeous I've Actually got the Miami colorway here That they released because Messi joined The team and I think it's a really clean Look you've got the white leather upper With the gold somatex you've got the Three stripes you've got the gum midsole You've got the suede Accent on the toe It's a beautiful looking sneaker and for The $100 price point that the Adidas Samba retails at it's kind of a No-brainer when it comes to fit the Adidas Samba does fit relatively true to
Size however it is pretty narrow I'll be Honest with you that's one reason why I Think some people find it uncomfortable Because the midot area of the shoe Really can clamp down and compress the Sides of your foot if you have wider Feet I have regular width feet and these Actually can feel a little bit tighter On the midfoot and honestly do look Narrow on my feet but it's not a deal Breaker for me obviously not a deal Breaker for most people because they Still buy this shoe but I would say if You are grabbing the shoe and you have More wide feet maybe go up half a size But if you're looking for that clean Classic everyday trainer look the Adidas Samba is an excellent way to go plus They've released a bunch of different Colorways and styles of this shoe in Fact there's a really cool style that I Actually ordered on D's website that has Had this flip down tongue and looks Super modern super lifestyle friendly However uh Adidas actually shipped me a Pair of slides and a size 11 I'm a size N9ine so that was a bummer that's Actually not the only Adidas shipping Issue that I had specifically for this Video but to be honest with you I've Never had an Adidas shipping issue Before and I've been ordering from them Since like I don't know the mid 2000s so Can't hate on them too much but man that
Was kind of frustrating so instead of Being able to show you guys that shoe Here's a a picture of it it's such a Dope looking sneaker I wish I had it in Hand but unfortunately I do not and it Takes 2 to 3 weeks for them to swap out The shoes so just couldn't couldn't wait But yes the samba is an excellent shoe Makes a lot of sense why this shoe is so Incredibly popular and I definitely Recommend picking up a Paar for yourself But before we get to the number one shoe On the list I do want to talk about a Couple shoes that could have made the List but I held off for different Reasons the first is the Adidas Ultra Boost one of my favorite sneakers of all Time the shoe is incredibly comfortable It's been around since 2015 and for a Long time was considered the best Running sneaker of all time however that Knit Runner Vibe is not as popular as it Once was and while I still think it's an Excellent shoe and still incredibly Comfortable and if you're looking for a Great pair of Adas sneakers that are Usually on sale the ultrabus 1.0 is a Great way to go it's just not a pair That I feel like is necessary in your Rotation next up is the Adidas Superstars this shoe is incredible it's A great looking pair of sneakers that Shelltoe is such a classic iconic look But I think generally people aren't as
Interested in this shoe as they once Were doesn't mean it's a bad sneaker but Honestly the reason this shoe didn't Make the list is because the five shoes That did make the list I just prefer Personally and I think are better shoes Overall for many different reasons and Your opinion may vary finally the last Shoe that did not make the list I guess The final honorable mention is the Adidas handball speal don't get me wrong This shoe is fire it's incredibly Wearable and it's pretty comfortable on Foot however the reason the handballs Didn't make the list is because there Are two shoes on this list that this Shoe kind of sits in between that it's Very very similar to in fact the shoe That we're just about to talk about it's Almost identical to in a lot of ways Again this is not a bad shoe in fact This is an excellent shoe I just felt Like it was too similar to two other Shoes on the list and it's actually kind Of difficult to find in stores from what I can tell it's not because the was Selling out it's just not as distributed To places like Foot Locker and even my Local Adidas store in fact I went to the Mall today to try and grab a pair of These specifically for this part of the Video and they didn't have it I had Ordered a pair in Adidas a week ago but It's still not here yet unfortunately so
Because of that I had to use images off The internet and not my own b-roll which Is kind of annoying but it's not a big Deal but it's still a great shoe and I Still recommend picking it up if you Don't want to grab any of the other Shoes on the list number one the Adidas Gazelle the gazelle first released back In 1966 as a training sneaker and is Still popular to this day and what's Wild is that even though the gazel has Gone through some changes over the last Half century it's still pretty much the Same shoe that it was back in 1966 and Currently in 2024 while the samba is Still probably the most popular overall Silhouette from Adidas at this moment The gelle is not too far behind as Adidas drops more and more colorways of The gazelle and as they release more Collaborations like these fire ones from Bad Bunny the shoe is becoming Increasingly popular and honestly I Think there's a really good chance that The gazelle will become the most popular Adidas sneaker of 2024 that being said As of right now the gazelle is my Favorite favorite pair of Adidas Sneakers on the market gazelle has Always sort of been that Adidas sneaker That you go to when you're looking for a Bright color and it stays that way to This day out of all the shoes that we Talked about in today's list the gazelle
Has by far the most color options Available granted mostly in suede but Still there's a million different colors Out there and you can grab pretty much Any color that you're looking for in Fact when the gazelle first released Back in the 1960s it released in two Different colors a red and a blue now at That time those colors weren't released To be fashion statements they were Actually strictly released to show which One was the indoor version of the shoe And which one was the outdoor version of The shoe with the Red Suede version Being the outdoor version and the blue Suede version being the indoor version And actually speaking of suede the Adidas gazelle was the first Adidas Sneaker made in suede but history aside The reason I love the Adidas gazelle is Not because of all the different color Options it's because this shoe looks Amazing on foot personally I've been Rocking The Bad Bunny collaboration like Crazy in both colors this one's about to Drop and this one dropped a couple weeks Ago now that being said this Bad Bunny Collaboration is a somewhat large Departure from the standard Adis gazelle Because it features different paneling On the upper and obviously it's not an Entirely suede shoe the standard gazelle Oh it also has two tongues and the size Tag is on the heel so there's there's
That not sure exactly why they did that But I'm not mad at it pricing wise the Adidas gazelle comes in at a very Reasonable $120 which I guess does Actually make this one of the most Expensive shoes on today's list albeit Today's list has been very inexpensive And sizing wise I'd say that the gazelle Does fit pretty much true to size albeit A tad narrow but not as narrow as the SAS and interestingly enough the Bad Bunny collaboration on the upper seems To be a decent amount wider so I Actually just want TR to size on this Shoe but generally I'd say for the Standard pair TR to size is fine again a Little bit narrow but definitely try These shoes on first before you buy them I know this video is the top five adid Sneakers that you should own but if you Were only able to grab one of them I'd Say grab this one it's so versatile You've got a bunch of different color Options it's pretty comfortable on foot I mean as comfortable as an Adidas Sneaker from the 60s can be and for 120 Bucks I really don't think you'd regret Picking this shoe up and again if you Guys want to do that i' made sure to Leave affiliate links to this shoe Through the YouTube shopping tab on your Screen keep in mind though that the Adidas gazelle is an incredibly popular Sneaker and certain colorways of this
