In this week’s video, Vick transforms a basic pair of Jordan 4 “White Thunder” into a stunning custom Jordan 4 “Tiffany.” Inspired by the highly sought-after Air Force 1 Tiffany, Vick elevates these kicks to a whole new level with the intricate detailing he adds throughout the shoe. This custom is simple, yet still one of the best of the year! ????
To kick off the video, Vick heads to our friends at Common Hype to trade in some of our old sneakers for new ones to add to the collection, create videos with, and even give away to all of you! ????

To start this custom, Vick preps the sneakers by using sandpaper on all the white parts of the shoe to help the paint adhere to the sleek material. Next, he fills up a tank with water, adds the Tiffany dye, and submerges the shoes to achieve the desired color. ????
After dyeing the kicks, it’s time to finish the paint job. Vick tapes off all the black parts of the shoe and uses an airbrush to paint the midsoles, perfecting the Tiffany color. He then removes the tongue tag to add the signature silver to the Jumpman logo and repeats this with the insoles. Using his Cricut machine, he prints and cuts the designs he needs. ✂️
After applying the silver logos to the insoles and tongue tags and adding metallic silver lace tips, these Tiffany Jordan 4s are complete! ????

Deconstruction first I'm going to remove The tongue tag from the tongue then Later on in this video I'm going to make A brand new one and put it onto the shoe Moving on from the tongues we'll come Back to that later let's focus on the Midsoles like I mentioned this is the Perfect canvas for any color it's Already white I do plan on replacing the White with some Tiffany blue but first We got to do some prep work using some Sandpaper I'm going to go back and forth To remove the finish and Imperfections To get it ready for some Paint all right prep is out the way Repaint will be done later Next Step I'm Going to get the tank of water set up so I can dye the shoe using some red dye The main reason I'm going to do this Step is to get the mesh underneath the Netting the color I want it while the Shoes in the tank the plastic Hardware Should also absorb the color same thing With the air units and the rubber out Soole in order for the dye to adhere Properly onto the shoe we got to heat it Up now that the water is nice and hot I'm going to pour the red dye inside and Give it a good Mix two things to keep in mind you don't Want the water to be super hot because That'll cause separation to the shoe and Second once the shoe is inside you want To let it sit as long as possible in
Reality you want the color to be darker Cuz the washing machine is going to pull Some of that color Out all right this looks really good at First I was scared it was looking pretty Blue but now it's the perfect tone I'm Going to put these in the washing Machine to fully rinse out all the dye That's Inside for the washing machine I'm just Going to be using the rin's bin cycle Just so I can flush away all the Remaining Dy got the shoe out of the washing Machine it's fully dried ready to go I Really like the results we got on the Sneaker the material on the sneaker Absorb the color nicely specifically on The plastic Hardware such as the wings And the back tab the color is nice and Rich as you can see the mesh underneath The netting also took the color nicely It's got a nice tone the rubber outsole Such as this piece and the J also took The color air units are tiffany as well Just by doing that step it Sav me a lot Of time from having to paint and dye all Those different things the MSO still Needs some work that's the next step I'm Going to tape off everything but the Msle so I can lay down some Tiffany Paint through the airbrush [Music] The color is really close to the Tiffany
Blue and it matches the plastic Hardboard nicely once I applied it and It looks different I'll adjust it if I Have to Color looks great it's nice and solid What I like to do before I finish up the Paint job I like to go back with 1,200 Git sandpaper set it down to get it nice And smooth hit it with a couple more Coats and wrap it Up color looks great I'm glad I didn't Have to adjust it now let's go outside Protect this paint job with some C MTH Finish MSO repaint is complete the color On the Mido is perfect with the rest of The shoe now let's take care of some Details we got to create some new tongue Tags this detail is a huge stable point On the shoe I got some scrap suede Material the original tongue tag I laid It over a piece of paper cut it out to Get the pattern piece now I'm going to Place this over the sued material lay it Down flat then with the heat removable Pen I'm going to outline it and go from There all right we got the lines down Now before I cut this material I'm going To add some simulated stitching with the Postp machine Cutting and sewing looks great now let's Add some vinyl we got to add the jumman On top I am going to be replacing the Flight with the Tiffany text and a nice Curs of font got everything locked in
Right here for the insole I am going to Be wiping off the jumman and replacing It with the Tiffany text as well I got Some nice Chrome vinyl material let's Cut it out using the Cricut [Music] [Music] Got everything printed let start with The insole first we got to wipe off the Jumpman I'm going to be using asone and Cotton balls real quick The vinyl looks great even with the Insult inside the sneaker the Chrome Pops nicely now I'm going to repeat the Same exact process onto the tongue tag Using a smaller Iron the Chrome vinyl looks amazing this Is going to look so good on the shoe Shout out to my boy Christian over at Friendly design works for the graphic Now we're going to be applying some glue Onto this piece onto the shoe let it Cure for about 10 minutes and then we'll Stick it together [Music] [Music] All right it's been 10 minutes glue is Fully cured I'm going to heat up both Parts stick it together key is to make Sure it lines up nicely with the Original Square tongue is on there good it looks Perfect last step to do is to lace it up It's still missing some silver so I'm
Going to be adding some Chrome silver Tips to it All right guys that's going to bring us To an end on these custom Tiffany 4S not Going to lie this shoe right here is a Great base to work with in the future I Plan on buying more of these Bay shoes For other Customs as is it's a great Bay Shoe because you can change the white to Literally any color you want what makes This custom straightforward and easy to Do was a red die step for example I was Able to die multiple Parts on the Sneaker in one shot with the red D you Can die the shoot any color you want and It eliminates a lot of steps in one shot Plus it's fully wearable and it's not Going to come off and the icing on top Of this custom was the Chrome accents Such as the insole the tongue tag with The Tiffany underneath the Jumpman with The lace tips these are clean touches With the black teal and chrome accents That any Tiffany sneaker would have Earlier when I was at common hype Hayden Hooked me up with some common hype Shorts to give away to one of you guys All you got to do is comment down below Do you think Comm hype hooked me up with A good deal or not lastly we have our September giveaway going on we're giving Away some driveway gray Nigel Sylvester 4S all you got to do is comment down Below your Instagram name what the shoe
